Training of role cognition and ability cultivation for middle managers.

 

In this rapidly changing era, middle managers, like the waist strength of the company, are responsible for connecting superiors and subordinates and coordinating various departments, bearing great responsibilities. Sunrui deeply understands that excellent middle managers are the key to the success of enterprises. Therefore, Hu Jun Ling, a professional enterprise, is specially invited to bring a wonderful training on "Role Cognition and Ability Cultivation of Middle Managers" to middle managers.

On August 26th, this training was carefully organized in Youyi Manor, Zhuzhou, aiming at improving the role cognition and leadership of managers and helping middle managers to improve their professional quality.

Jiang An, general manager of Sunrui, delivered an opening speech, which kicked off the training.

This training is divided into three modules: role cognition, efficient communication and implementation responsibility. Mr. Hu , the training lecturer, shared the role cognition and professionalism of managers in a simple way. Then, the module of cross-departmental effective communication reveals the importance of effective communication in the organization for managers, and how to express, listen and feedback, paving the way for teamwork. At the same time, he emphasized the importance of how to report correctly and effectively in the professionalism of excellent managers.

Finally, Mr. Hu explained in detail how middle management can become the responsible result exporter, including the formulation, decomposition and communication methods of goals. In the module of team execution management, he shared the basic management logic and methods of how to build a result-oriented execution, which opened the door for managers to shape excellent teams, and cultivated leadership, the way of employing people, effective communication, finding problems and solving problems, which triggered lively interaction and discussion on the spot.

The second group stood out and won the best group in this training.
